開(kāi)放閱讀框(orf)的CpFAH和CpDGAT1分別從pDM16(11)和CpDGAT1/pYES2.0中酶切并連接到pPICZ-B,分別生成質(zhì)粒CpFAH/ pPICZ-B和CpDGAT1/pPICZ-B。為了同時(shí)表達(dá)CpFAH和CpDGAT1,用BglII酶切包含AOX1啟動(dòng)子和終止子的CpFAH全盒,通過(guò)鈍端連接克隆到用Bam HI酶切的CpDGAT1/pPICZ-B中。
