培養基配方
Proteose Peptone (BD 211684) 1.0 g
Yeast extract 1.0 g
Agar (if needed) 20.0 g
Distilled water 900.0 ml
Prepare and sterilize separately each of the following stock solutions and add to the basal medium as indicated below to avoid precipitation.Make final volume to 1.0 L.
Stock Solutions:
0.05 M CaCl2 4.0 ml
0.4 M MgSO4 . 7H2O 2.5 ml
0.25 M Na2HPO4 8.0 ml
0.25 M KH2PO4 32.0 ml
pH should be 6.5. Autoclave 25 minutes at 121C.
