Distilled water 1000.000 ml
Adjust to pH 7.2.
After autoclaving add methanol (sterilized separately) to a concentration of 1% (v/v).

+ 0.02 % Yeast extract (Difco)
Add 0.5% Methanol after autoclaving.

Add 2.0% Methanol after autoclaving.
