Fastidious Anaerobe Basal Broth (OXOID) 35.4 g
add deionized water to 1000.0 ml
Boil medium and cool under N2, distribute under N2 and sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 20 minutes.
For DSM 21650 adjust pH of complete medium to 8.5.
For DSM 103060 adjust pH of complete medium to 7.5.
