Tumor specific nuclear matrix proteins CC-4, CC-5 and CC-6 are expressed.
(Note: The L-15 medium formulation was devised for use in a free gas exchange with atmospheric air. A CO2 and air mixture is detrimental to cells when using this medium for cultivation)
Cells must be subcultured at about 80% confuency , before they reach 90%.
