This hybridoma expresses a monoclonal antibody, mAb S9.6, which detects DNA/RNA hybrids.
The mAb product of this cell line may be used for microarray detection without amplification of RNA; detection of R-loops.
Immunogen: DNA-RNA hybrids synthesized from ?Χ174 single stranded-DNA.
Primary reactivity: DNA-RNA hybrids
Cultures can be maintained by addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 5 x 105 viable cells/mL. Maintain cultures at a cell concentration between 5 x 105 and 1 x 106 cells/mL.
Fetal bovine serum, 90%; DMSO, 10%. Cell culture tested DMSO is available as ATCC Catalog No. 4-X.
