Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.
Every 2 to 3 days, the cells must be diluted without centrifugation at a concentration of 5 X 105 viable cells/mL by adding fresh medium to the culture.
Mouse IL-7 can be obtained from several commercial sources including Upstate Biotechnology, Inc., Lake Placid, NY (1-800-548-7853). The cells do not grow as well when human IL-7 is substituted for mouse IL-7.
