A non-tumored goat was injected i.m. with 1 ml AKR leukemia virus p15 polypeptide #75V000536 and Freund's adjuvant. Whole untreated serum (#76S00056) was collected 1/29/76 and had protein concentration of 71.0 mg/ml.
AKR leukemia virus was prepared in NIH Swiss 3T3 cells (#75V000249).
