The fusion line, CRL-8061, is reported to be EBNA positive.

The antibody recognizes an epitope on a 78000 dalton antigen on A-431 cells and a 66000 dalton antigen on T293H cells.
Complete Growth Medium
Culture medium: Iscove's modified Dulbecco's medium with 4 mM L-glutamine
adjusted to contain 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate, 80%; fetal bovine serum, 20%.
Subculturing
Medium Renewal: Every 2 days
Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start cultures at 2 X 10 exp5 cells/ml and maintain between 2 X 10 exp5 and 8 X 10 exp5 cells/ml.
